This Gem Healer helps heal skin eruptions such as spots, sore patches, eczema, psoriasis, and burns. Eczema and other skin problems triggered by emotions or nervous conditions will be helped with regular use of the Healer. The Skin Gem Healer helps to heal the source of the emotional or psychological pain and restore a more balanced flow to the energy. To use this Gem Healer, it is advantageous to use orally and apply topically.
Managing stress in life with meditation and stress-relieving tools will certainly help ease skin complaints secondary to emotional disharmony. Using Lavender aura spray and carrying a rose quartz or selenite crystal will also be beneficial for all skin complaints. Using Shock aura spray topically will reduce damage caused by burns to the skin.
Directions for Use
- Add 4 drops of the Crystal Light Gem Healer to 30mls of spring water and take orally 4 times daily.
- To use topically for skin eruptions including burns, place 2 – 3 drops on the palms of the hands and gently rub the palms together. Then hold the palms over the sore skin or burn. Do not place directly onto the skin if it is broken, but if intact, the hands may be placed to the skin for a few moments.
- Lavender or Shock Aura sprays may be applied as above also.
- If a rose quartz crystal is used in conjunction with this Gem Healer, then it must first be cleansed and attuned to the energy of the person for whom it is purchased. A simple and effective way to do this is to place the purchased crystal into water for a minimum of 3 hours and then hold the crystal in the palm of the right hand. It is important to cleanse the crystal daily if carrying one by running it under cold water. Once the crystal is attuned to the person it is assisting in healing, there is no further need to hold it in the palm for 5 mins before use.
- If a selenite is preferred, the care of such a crystal is a little different, as it is better not to place it in water. When a selenite crystal has been purchased it could be placed on an amethyst bed for 3 hours, then into the right hand for attuning to the person’s energy. The amethyst bed may then be placed in water for 3 hours. An amethyst bed is a largish piece of amethyst crystal that will absorb negativity from the selenite. The amethyst bed must first be cleansed in water before it is able to receive any other crystals for cleansing). If it is difficult to obtain an amethyst bed, then place the purchased selenite on a windowsill overnight before use and every night after. Full moon energy is particularly beneficial for crystal cleansing.
- Crystal Light Gem Healers may be combined with up to 4 other remedies, such as Crystal Light Gem Remedies, Bach Flower Remedies, or other Crystal Light Gem Healers in the range, as per instructions.
- Crystal Light Gem Healers may be used in conjunction with Sunflower Apothcary creams and oils.
