Stress Gem Healer helps any person who is stressed in whatever way and from whatever cause. The Gem Healer helps the person become aware of what is causing the stress, the obvious reasons and also the often hidden causes of stress begin to gently surface to become acknowledged. This Healer acts in a subtle way gently lifting the feelings directly or indirectly associated with stress. Once these causes, feelings and symptoms have surfaced, and are acknowledged, then a change is required within the person or the lifting of these feelings and symptoms may not be possible. This Gem Healer identifies the source of stress but for a positive outcome, change within the person is needed. This is not very easy to achieve without a conscious effort.
Sunflower creams such as Clarity, Relief, Ascension, and Shock will all aid this process as will the Shock aura spray. Meditation and the carrying of a rose quartz crystal will be beneficial and ease the changes that need to be made. Taking Walnut Bach Flower Remedy will also be helpful to facilitate change.
Directions for Use
- Add 4 drops of the Crystal Light Gem Healer to 30mls of spring water and take orally 4 times daily.
- Walnut Bach Flower Remedy may be used in the same manner as the Gem Healer; add 4 drops to the bottle prepared with Shock Gem Healer.
- The diluted tincture may be added to the bath, applied to the skin, or into the energy field.
- Place the drops to the palms of the hands and rub them together, then place into the energy field up to 24″ away from the body.
- If a rose quartz crystal is used in conjunction with this Gem Healer, then it must first be cleansed and attuned to the energy of the person for whom it is purchased. A simple and effective way to do this is to place the purchased crystal into water for a minimum of 3 hours and then hold the crystal in the palm of the right hand. It is important to cleanse the crystal daily if carrying one by running it under cold water. Once the crystals are attuned to the person it is assisting in healing, there is no further need to hold in the palm for 5 mins before use.
- Crystal Light Gem Healers may be combined with up to 4 other remedies, such as Crystal Light Gem Remedies, Bach Flower Remedies, or other Crystal Light Gem Healers in the range, as per instructions.
- Crystal Light Gem Healers may be used in conjunction with Sunflower Apothcary creams and oils.
