Directions for Use

As with all Sunflower Apothecary products, you may wish to take a quiet moment before and during use to focus on the qualities of your chosen spray.

Personal Use

1. Hold the spray approximately 20-30cm from the body.
2. Spray lightly around the head and upper body, avoiding direct contact with the eyes.
3. Allow the mist to settle naturally within your energy field.
4. Repeat as required.

Room Use

1. Spray two to three times into the room.
2. Allow the fragrance to gently disperse throughout the space.
3. Reapply as desired.
