Crystal Light Gem Remedies

Crystal Light Gem Remedies are vibrational preparations designed to support balance within the body’s energy system and auric field.

If you are new to Gem Remedies, we recommend beginning with Remedies 1 to 4, which focus on the foundational chakras and provide a strong basis for ongoing healing and personal growth.

Directions for Use

General Guidance

  • Up to four Gem Remedies may be used together.
  • If you are new to the range, consider beginning with Remedies 1 to 4 to establish a strong energetic foundation.
Taking the Remedies
  1. Add 4 drops of your chosen Gem Remedy to 30ml of spring water.
  2. Take 4 drops of the diluted preparation up to four times daily.

Bath, Direct Application and Bach Flower Remedies

Bath or Direct Application
  • The diluted tincture may be added to a bath.
  • In cases where additional support is desired, the diluted tincture may be applied directly to the corresponding chakra area.
Use with Bach Flower Remedies

Crystal Light Gem Remedies may be combined with up to four Bach Flower Remedies. Add 4 drops of the selected Gem Remedy to 30ml of spring water and add the Bach Flower Remedies according to their instructions.
