Instructions for use:

To replenish physical tiredness associated with illness, diffusing the oil into the air will help rejuvenate and nourish the physical energy of the person.

For a sudden boost to the physical energy following a busy day at the place of employment or fatigue after travelling Life may be used by adding a few drops of the oil into a bath.  Bathing will allow the person to regain the appetite and zest for life and all its demands.  If bathing is not possible, then a few drops placed in a foot bath will also be beneficial.

If life is going to be particularly busy for a period of time, using Life products before and during this time will help to sustain healthy physical energy. Using Life cream regularly during this period will prevent the physical energy of the energy field to become depleted.  Place a little Life cream to the palms of the hands, and then hold the palms together for a moment.  Raise the hands to the head and inhale the aroma, before placing them above the crown of the head at a distance of 5cm and then allowing the hands to follow the outline of the body as far as possible and then imagine the hands continuing down the body to the feet.  This may need to be done frequently to maintain physical energy and strength if the demands of life are great.  During this demanding period, time taken to rest, meditate, eat well and receive sufficient sleep should also be sought and encouraged.
