Clarity

Clarity products enable clarity to enter the person’s life, especially if the way forward is clouded and conflicted.  With frequent use, the path may suddenly become clear or this may happen slowly but surely.  Clarity products are useful for physical symptoms such as muscular tension associated with headaches, and congestion following a respiratory tract infection and also to give clear mental energy to students who are studying or to clear the mental energy of people whose work involves much use of computers and other similar appliances.

Ingredients:

• Clary sage
• Lemon
• Peppermint
• Sandalwood

Instructions for use:

Cream:   To relieve muscular tension of headaches, place a small amount of Clarity cream or oil to the palms of the hands and then hold the hands together for a moment. Then touch the fingers of one hand to the palm of the other.  Place the fingers to the centre of the forehead and sweep them across the brow to the temples taking care to avoid the eyes.  Place one finger to the hairline and draw it down to the root of the nose.  Massage the temples and the nape of the neck with your fingers.  This will give clarity to the head and a release of the held tension.  The head may also be massaged lightly with a little of the oil, again taking care to avoid the eyes.

Congestion following a cold, or similar infection may be eased by placing a few drops of the oil onto a tissue and inhaling from the tissue frequently.  This will allow the airways to begin to clear and the breathing will be easier.  Diffusing a few drops of oil in a diffuser will be beneficial for easing symptoms of congestion.

Whilst studying or working with computers and using much mental energy, a little cream or oil placed onto the palms of the hands and the hands gently rubbed together.  Inhaling from the palms and then taking the hands to the crown of the head to a distance of 5cm and following the outline of the head to the shoulders and neck will help maintain a clear, vital and healthier mental energy.
