Gem Healers are intended to support particular physical, emotional or energetic challenges such as stress, grief, tiredness or digestive balance.

If you are new to Gem Remedies, we recommend beginning with Remedies 1 to 4, which support the foundation chakras and provide a basis for ongoing personal development and healing.

Yes. Gem Remedies and Gem Healers may be combined according to the directions provided for each range.

The Heart of Light is an individually prepared Rose Quartz crystal heart charged with the energy of Unconditional Love and intended to support peace, healing and heart-centred living.

The Heart of Light is intended for personal use and becomes attuned to its owner through use. Guidance on re-cleansing and re-attunement can be found on the Heart of Light page.
