Welcome to Sunflower Apothecary. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

About Us

Sunflower Apothecary is a not-for-profit project within Light of Hope CIC, providing handcrafted holistic products designed to support wellbeing and self-care.

Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, prices and images are accurate at the time they are published. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations between batches may occur.

All products are intended to support wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Ordering

Orders are subject to availability.

Once payment has been received, we will prepare and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or arrange a refund.

Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment

Payments are normally accepted via PayPal.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative methods of pre-payment.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Current postage charges are:

  • Orders under £70: £6 postage
  • Orders over £70: Free delivery

Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For health and hygiene reasons, unopened products may only be returned by prior arrangement.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Sunflower Apothecary accepts no liability for any adverse effects arising from the misuse of products or failure to follow the directions provided.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before use and seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary.
