This Gem Healer will aid the symptoms of migraine or headaches of any cause, such as tension or cluster headaches.\u00a0 It may also be used in cases of atypical migraine presentations such as abdominal migraine.\u00a0 Frequent use of the Gem Healer both orally and topically at the onset or during an attack will reduce the symptoms severity.<\/p>\n

  • Add 4 drops of the Crystal Light Gem Healer to 30mls of spring water and take orally 4 times daily.<\/li>\n
  • To apply topically, place 2 – 3 drops in the palms of the hands and gently rub the palms together.\u00a0 \u00a0Hold the palms at the crown of the head about 5 cm from the body.\u00a0 After a moment draw the hands gently down over the ears, holding still when it feels appropriate. Repeat the process from the crown down the back of the head to the neck, and again from the crown over the face and to the front of the neck.<\/li>\n
