Helps to heal all aspects of congestion, i.e. blocked sinuses (sinus difficulties to eyes and ears), colds, influenza, and the throat. This will help to lift viral infections and also feelings of debilitation.

Congestion Gem Healer helps to bring clarity to the mind and enhance intuition. When energy flow is blocked to the head this manifests with conditions such as colds, headaches, influenza, sinus difficulties, and problems with the eyes, ears, nose, and throat. Congestion Gem Healer will help bring about a lightening of the symptoms and the debilitating effects of a viral infection. When the physical symptoms of an infection recede, it is still encouraged to continue the use of this Gem Healer, as this will continue healing the underlying cause of blocked congested energy that caused the infection to take hold. Viral infections are usually short-lived, and if the symptoms do not lighten it is recommended that a medical consultation is sought. The Gem Healer may be used for many months following and infection to release the congested energy and allow the energy to flow.

To assist with the alleviation of symptoms, Clarity cream from the Sunflower range is useful, as is the vapourisation of essential oils such as peppermint and lemon to encourage the airways to remain open and flowing. Taking regular exercise in fresh air especially in winter and avoiding crowded places will lessen opportunities for infections to occur and will allow the Gem Healer to continue working without precipitating a physical illness. The carrying of a citrine crystal will also assist in the healing of congested energy flow.
