This Gem Remedy resonates with the Solar Plexus Chakra and is charged with rhodochrosite crystals. This chakra is located in the centre of the abdomen and is the energetic centre which processed emotional energies. When this chakra is healthy then emotional balance, non-reaction and the ability to give and receive appropriately are evident in a person.

In ill health of the Solar Plexus Chakra a person may exhibit fluctuations of emotional energy which may be extreme. In a severely diseased chakra the emotions are blocked and do not flow. Many physical complaints and diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are as a result of a diseased Solar Plexus Chakra. Stress may be identified as emotional disharmony and fluctuant flow of the Solar Plexus Chakra.

This Gem Remedy helps to bring to the surface feeling of emotional pain such as loss, sadness, anger and jealousy. Many of these feelings are associated with a poor energy flow relating to the ability to give and receive in a balanced and appropriate manner. When this inability is explored and the root feelings causing it are identified, their healing and balancing may be accelerated by the carrying of a rhodochrosite crystal. Sunflower Apothecary creams such as Release, Ascension, and Peace would all be beneficial as well as the Shock range of products and Lavender Aura Spray. Speaking with a qualified therapist of these deep and intimate feelings will facilitate their release.

Once the chakra begins to heal with Gem Remedy will provide a stability in the person and in the life being experienced, as the chakra will be able to draw in energy from the cosmos and as it passes through the healing Solar Plexus Chakra, this more positive energy will feed the emotions of the person in a more positive manner.

In time and with regular use of this Gem Remedy changes in behaviours, and physical symptoms associated with a diseased Solar Plexus Chakra will diminish.

Directions for Use

 • Up to four Gem Remedies may be used in conjunction with each other.

 • Four drops of any Gem Remedy may be added to 15mls of spring water and taken orally a minimum of four times daily. The 15mls of diluted remedy may be added to the bath.

 • Crystal Light Gem Remedies may be combined individually with up to four Bach Flower Remedies or four Gem Remedy with up one Bach Flower Remedy, or any combination of the above, but not to exceed five remedies in total. Four drops of each remedy may be added to 15mls of spring water.

 • It is respectfully suggested that the healing properties of Gem Remedies are given priority in use as in most cases the cleansing of the chakras that these remedies relate to are more appropriate to begin effective healing.

 • Crystal Light Gem Remedies are a method of pure vibrational haling to release energy blocks in the body and auric field. They vibrate in harmony with chakras assisting each vortex of energy to flow in harmony, thus enhancing its function. They align the chakra to its purpose and coordinate its actions in relation to all other chakras, so all flow in a balanced and energy enhancing manner.

 • Crystal Light Gem Remedies address the emotional and spiritual pain which causes certain behaviours in people. When this energy begins to be healed and the chakra aligns to its fuller potential and flow, then the physical, emotional and psychological symptoms associated with the ill health and function of the chakra begin to release, heal and become subdued or disappear.

 • If a recommended crystal is wished to be used in conjunction with this Gem Remedy , then it must first be cleansed and attuned to the energy of the person for whom it is purchased. A simple and effective way to do this is to place the purchased crystal into water for a minimum of 3 hours and then hold the crystal in the palm of the right hand. If is important to cleanse the crystal daily if carrying it by running it under cold water. Once the crystal is attuned to the person it is assisting in healing, there is no further need to hold in the palm for 5 mins before using it.
