This Gem Remedy resonates to the Base Chakra and is charged with ruby crystals. This chakra is concerned with the life force flowing within the person and with the sexual energy of the person.

Feelings of low self-esteem and worthlessness may be transient and fleeting or may linger and have a negative effect on the life being lived and experienced. Feelings of low self-worth allow others to take advantage of a person, further perpetuating that energy and causing the feelings associated with poor self-worth to be magnified. Conversely, people who constantly put others down also have poor self-esteem and tend to hide this through their negative actions and words. These actions and feelings, whether they emanate from the victim or the perpetrator, may result in violently aggressive or passive-aggressive behaviours which in turn cause more damage to the Base Chakra energy. Eventually, such feelings become so dense and painful that they may only be escaped through complete detachment and one way of achieving this is through addictions. Addictions are the result of painful emotions that are resident in the Base Chakra.

Gem Remedy 1 helps to identify gender orientation and sexuality in the current life experience. It also helps to heal the feelings and wounds associated with sexual practices that occurred without the connection to the purity of passion, that is unconditional love. The trauma of sexual abuse whether historic or recent, whether as victim or perpetrator is able to begin to be healed with this powerful Gem Remedy.

All these feelings and issues are extremely challenging and painful to observe and release. It is important to disclose their origins to a qualified practitioner and be able to talk about their progress as they are addressed and healed.

The carrying of a Rose Heart of Light will bring peace and strength as this journey is travelled. Gem Healers working with the associated feelings such as Emotion, Grief and Purification will have a synergistic effect on the healing process. Creams such as Peace, Release and Hope will smooth the healing process as well as the Shock range of products will facilitate the healing of these feelings as they are addressed and so in turn heal the Base Chakra.

 • It is respectfully suggested that the healing properties of Gem Remedies are given priority in use as in most cases the cleansing of the chakras that these remedies relate to is more appropriate to begin effective healing.

 • Crystal Light Gem Remedies are a method of pure vibrational healing to release energy blocks in the body and auric field. They vibrate in harmony with chakras assisting each vortex of energy to flow in harmony, thus enhancing its function. They align the chakra to its purpose and coordinate its actions in relation to all other chakras, so all flow in a balanced and energy-enhancing manner.

 • Crystal Light Gem Remedies address the emotional and spiritual pain which causes certain behaviours in people. When this energy begins to be healed and the chakra aligns to its fuller potential and flow, then the physical, emotional and psychological symptoms associated with the ill health and function of the chakra begin to release, heal and become subdued or disappear.
